SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (MALAYSIA)

We currently ship to all states in Malaysia including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping Rate: A flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order status.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
